From iPhone to anywhere.

Turn HEIC or HEIF photos into JPG, PNG or WebP. For multi-image HEIC files, only the primary still image is used.

More than a new extension.

Images are decoded and re-encoded in the format you choose. Downloads get the correct file type and unique names inside the ZIP.

Only the image you need.

Exports do not copy original EXIF, location, motion, depth or HDR metadata. Check orientation and colors before sharing.

A few useful answers.

Which formats can I convert?

Import still JPG / JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC / HEIF and AVIF. Export JPG, PNG or WebP. AVIF decoding and WebP export depend on your browser; unsupported operations show an error instead of silently giving you a different format. HEIC and AVIF export are not included.

What happens to animated images?

GIF, animated PNG, animated WebP and AVIF / HEIF sequences are not supported in this version. Recognized animation is rejected, rather than silently losing its frames. Export a still image first if that is what you need. HEIC auxiliary images, depth and motion are not exported.

Does conversion preserve quality and file size?

PNG is lossless for the pixels produced by decoding, but cannot recover detail already lost in the original. JPG and WebP are re-encoded with the selected quality. Output size can increase. Original dimensions are kept unless you select a smaller longest edge. Color and HDR appearance can vary by decoder and browser.

Are there size limits?

A batch holds up to 20 images, 25 MB each and 100 MB total input. Each image can be up to 48 megapixels and 16,384 pixels on either side. Completed files are limited to 150 MB total. Images process one at a time; download finished results and start a fresh batch if you reach a limit.

Where are my images stored?

Only in this browser tab while you work. Clear the batch or close the tab to release it. Files you download remain on your device. No conversion API, account, cloud upload or server-side storage is used. HEIC decoder licenses ↗
