The unmodified, separately loaded libheif-1.23.6.mjs is the CSP-compatible
JavaScript build distributed in heic-to 1.6.6 by Hopper Gee.

NBS Kit uses its own plain-JavaScript worker adapter, outside the library.
No library changes are made. The library can be replaced by an
interface-compatible build at libheif-1.23.6.mjs. The readable application,
worker and loader modules are served alongside the page. Modifying the
library and reverse engineering for debugging those modifications are
permitted. No photo data is sent to these upstream projects.
