Before you cut: Measure the printed squares with a ruler: each must be exactly 2 × 2 inches. Printers may enlarge or trim edges. If the size is wrong, ask the store for a full-image print without scaling. Cut along the light-gray outlines; remove all side margins.

A few useful answers.

Can I upload this sheet to a passport or visa application?

No. This is a print sheet containing four photos. Online applications require a separate digital image and may have different dimensions and file-size rules. Follow the instructions for your specific application.

Does this make any photo a valid passport photo?

No. It crops and arranges a photo you already have. You must check the original photo, head size, lighting and printed result against the official requirements. Final acceptance is decided by the relevant authority.

Why only four photos on a 4×6 sheet?

Four 2×2 photos form a 4×4 block centered on a landscape 6×4 sheet, leaving one-inch margins on the left and right. These margins help you see the full sheet in the retailer preview. There is no extra space at the top or bottom, so check for printer cropping.

Where is my photo stored?

Only in this browser tab while you work. NBS Kit does not upload or store your photo. Clear the photo or close the tab when finished. Files you download remain on your device.
